It does get a bit loud inside with lots of people in a small space. We were there on a Saturday though, so I'm sure you could avoid bigger crowds on another day of the week. Ultimately though the difference from the typical dealer experience we saw at other places is what stood out. Sean was the first to help us on our first of three visits. He answered our questions directly, without steering to a pitch. We said we were in initial stages of shopping and clearly understand, never getting pushy. Sean was busy on our third visit which was initially only for a test drive, so he had Savir help us. Savir was similarly helpful and pleasant without the pressure. When we asked for numbers, I was ready for the typical sales manager act; but while Luis was clearly looking to make a sale - that's his job after all - we again didn't get that slick and sometimes condescending act we'd seen at other places. The negotiations were courteous. When we finally decided to buy, I was ready for the hard sell of extras from the finance manager; but while Starlin did of course talk about things like extended warranties - again, his job - he did so in a plain and informative manner, courteously moving on when we declined. I'd always want to give my business to a place that treats me well, but of course this is ultimately a big purchase and price is crucial. Fortunately the deal we got was better than we had hoped. Thanks to everyone at Fuccillo for a pleasant experience. More

To long out of my day to purchase a car. The only thing that bothers me is you have to sit in the most uncomfortable chairs for such a time. A Surprising Car Buying Experience Like many people, I dread the car buying experience. You get dragged through the muck and forced to wait for a deal that isn’t forthcoming. Fuccillo K Like many people, I dread the car buying experience. You get dragged through the muck and forced to wait for a deal that isn’t forthcoming. Fuccillo Kia provides just the opposite—a pleasant experience. I showed up after communicating online about a certain vehicle. Knowing it is the busiest car sales week of the year, I wasn’t shocked that the car had been sold. That happens and can’t be avoided. I explained my needs while Savir asked and listened(!!). His manager Luis joined in to assist after I didn’t love another vehicle that I drove. When Luis pulled up a vehicle I wasn’t expecting, I was hesitant. That changed after a test drive. The change was complete when I saw the numbers. I wasn’t forced to wait for some back and forth that means nothing but headache. Savir and Luis brought a great number on the first attempt. Deal!!!
