Mr. Hogan saved the day for me and my 3 children! He was able to guide me through fixing a flat tire with a portable air pump that I did not even know I had!!! We don’t know what can be said about a “Customer Service Superhero” that the name doesn’t already imply, but Terry Hogan is that! My husband and I recently purchased our second car from Kia of Wesley Chape Superhero” that the name doesn’t already imply, but Terry Hogan is that! My husband and I recently purchased our second car from Kia of Wesley Chapel. Terry helped us with two after-the-sale items that needed to be taken care of. In both instances, Terry went “above and beyond” what would be required to assist a customer. For the first appointment Terry was in constant communication with us to make sure that everything was lined up and taken care of to our satisfaction. For the second appointment, where a key had to be cut, Terry made sure the key was cut before we arrived so that there would be minimal time needed to program the key after we arrived (and he even drove to the dealership on his day off)! There were issues getting the key due to Covid and the chip shortage. When the key finally arrived at the dealership, Terry made sure he was there to personally take care of programming the key. We only had to wait less than 20 minutes and the key was programmed, our car washed, and we were on our way home! Excellent service from each employee we have ever dealt with at Kia of Wesley Chapel. Why would anyone want to purchase a car from any other dealership??? We are customers for life. More

I want to start out by saying the sales team is amazing! However, the service team was disappointing to me. I brought my car in for service for the first time as a bolt was loose from the factory. I also needed an alignment as my car was pulling to the right. When I got my car back the bolt was fixed but my car was not aligned at all. When I started to drive home it pulled to the right even worse than before. As well, the service advisor told me they would do a complimentary detail on my car which I was excited for. When my car was brought to me there was a huge dry bird crap stain on the roof of my vehicle and my car was soaked so water marks dried everywhere. I 10/10 recommend the sales team as they are awesome but I am going to bring my car to Courtesy Kia for my future service needs. More

My 2014 Kia soul has a recall which was approved the kia consumer however KIA of WC has been giving me the runaround for over a week. I contacted kia consumer over 5 times and have gotten the same response consumer however KIA of WC has been giving me the runaround for over a week. I contacted kia consumer over 5 times and have gotten the same response that they engine is approved for replacement. I keep up maintenance on my car, oil changes ect... They are trying to tell me it has something to do with an ecu update that wasn't performed. I was only notified of the engine fire safety issue. That should have nothing to do with the fact my engine has a recall for possible engine fire which is scary enough. The description on the recall notice is exactly what happened to my car. Car started making knocking noise. Oil light came on, Engine light came on, I was not about to drive it with it making that noise sounded like the engine was going to explode. Also smelled really hot like it might catch fire good thing I pulled over. I had it towed to Kia dealership and it has been there for almost two weeks. Also I was told by Kia consumer they would put me in a rental which never happened either. I have to find a way to work and almost lost my job. I would have no problem waiting if they could give me a rental which would alleviate some of the stress. Called again today to check now they apparently are escalating the claim to regional management. Was told Tues I would hear back in a few days.. nothing. I called today was told manager was busy on phone call and would call back. I'm still waiting. It's just really frustrating and I would appreciate a call and show of good faith with the rental at least. Thank you. More

I had attempted to have Manager Shawn Visconti call me back several times (4-5 times) when Nick stepped in to help. Nick patiently listened to my ongoing Service issues that I was seeking approval for sin back several times (4-5 times) when Nick stepped in to help. Nick patiently listened to my ongoing Service issues that I was seeking approval for since June, through another team member. I received thorough in next steps from himself and team member, Devin Gillespie. They have taken immediate action and I am receiving timely updates from their team. Their level of attention and customer service has really made an impact on where I will continue to have my Kia serviced and purchase my next car from. Thank you Team! More
