Awesome dealership in every category from Mr. Rich Klaben to salespeople- (Justin Bolen, Service Joe Hilliard)- All have taken care of us in a most professional manner, and it feels like we are members of their family when we walk in for anything we need. When I sit in the show room and observe the way everyone that comes in is treated by any staff member, I know it's not just me that is treated that way it is all employees that have the same attitude about how a customer or potential customer should be greeted and treated. The attention and respect that is paid to the customer is second to none that I know of, and I have owned a business for over 30 years and had interaction with thousands of people. My relationship with Mr. Klaben, Justin Bolen and Joe Hilliard is greatly valued, and I hope to continue until I can't anymore. I have actually not purchased any other vehicle brand even if I might be tempted to because I do not want to leave this dealership for any reason.
