Shi was easy to work with and was available to answer any questions I had. I would of liked to of made a larger portion of the purchase using my credit card. Working with Chris and Arica at Klaben was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. There was no pressure. The trade-in process with my old vehicle was excellent. Chris even brought a vehicle to my house to test drive. The great service did not stop when I drove off the lot, either. Chris has followed up with me to ask if I had any questions about the vehicle, and to make sure I am happy with my purchase. We will undoubtedly be returning to Klaben, and Chris specifically, the next time my wife or I are looking for a new car. Would give them 6 stars if I could. More
