My wife and I shopped several dealerships and looked at probably 30+ trucks and the one at Kalben was by far the best we saw and price where awesome. I had never been at a Klaben Store before but from what I had seen over the years of their Community and County Charitable support I felt that it would be a Dealership that I could go to and not have to be w had seen over the years of their Community and County Charitable support I felt that it would be a Dealership that I could go to and not have to be worried about being pressured into a buy that didn't fit my needs, it was exactly that and more than I expected. Casey Shaw was excellent, I told what I was looking for, options I was thinking about and he was on top of it all. We knew the lead time on the order would be longer than normal and Casey kept us up to date on the build process as it progressed, once the truck had arrived he new the electronics inside and out which was a huge help.....and yes a made a call and a trip back to Casey to help straighten my old forgetful mind out with a couple settings!
