Chris did a great job. He was very honest up front and did t waste time “working the deal”. He asked us what we were looking for and I feel he had a full understanding. We initially went in the lot with him to look at inventory and he was honest about the pricing for each option. When we left he said, “let me look at the numbers and I will get back to you on Monday”. We just left another dealership that went back and forth with their manager 5 times and went from an initial number , to one that was 175 dollar less. We were at the other dealership for 2 hours. Scott Sobie, our salesman, was sooooo nice. He put up with us actually wanting to shop for a car. We had to have annoyed him, but he didn’t show it at all. We made about five trips to the dealership, com with us actually wanting to shop for a car. We had to have annoyed him, but he didn’t show it at all. We made about five trips to the dealership, comparing different vehicles side by side. Scott was very low pressure, knew his job, and did it very well. He was very accommodating from beginning to end. Our schedules were very tight and he worked us in. And, even though we left without a purchase four times, we didn’t need to speak to a manager at all like other dealerships require of their salesmen. Klaben is where I bought my very first new car back in 1991 and I’m very glad we went back for our most recent purchase. Great job Scott and Klaben. More
