He went in to say that he was a long time customer and had always worked with and HIGHLY recommended Justin Bolen. 3 weeks later I was out of town but I called Justin anyway. I’m SO glad that I did. After 20 minutes Justin knew my situation and desires. Within another 30 minutes he texted me to let me know that ‘my truck’ was ready. i couldn’t believe it. Justin had SURPASSED my requirements all while staying within my price range. I returned home 2 days later and went to Klaben to get my new truck. Both Justin and Kim made the transaction seamless. This has truly been the BEST car/truck buying experience that I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Justin. And thank you Kim. More

This is the best experience I have ever had at any dealership ever; did not disappoint with their service. Gilbert was very informative and helpful and not pushy or overbearing. After our test drive he already had all the informative paperwork for the Jeep printed and ready to be handed over to us to take home. After some negotiating we ended up getting the Jeep and are extremely happy. Gilbert and Noah delivered the Jeep to us at our credit union and everything went so smooth — I am very happy with how smooth this whole process went.
