I have been there a couple times for general questions and regular maintenance on my Jeep and each time they treat me kindly and with the utmost professionalism. My last visit I had an issue with the censor right before a long trip to Columbus. My technician, Justin assured me that I was completely safe to drive the long trip and scheduled me immediately after I returned at a date and time that worked for me. When I returned a couple days later, he and his team took care of the problem quickly so I would not be without my car for the majority of my day off. I honestly do not know anything about cars, except it is scary when something goes wrong. They never treat me with anything but respect. Kudos to the team in Kent. More
Service Department Concerns At checkout, the service adviser indicated he did not know the specifics of the Loyalty Link program as those details are not shared with the service At checkout, the service adviser indicated he did not know the specifics of the Loyalty Link program as those details are not shared with the service team????????? I had to show him the paperwork which revealed that one service discount could be combined with an annual discount. He initially told me he could not do that as he would receive a critical email for doing so. Reluctantly, he applied both discounts after seeing the Loyalty Link paperwork. Why should I have to bring that paperwork with me????????? On Saturday, 10/5/19, I received a disturbing follow up call from a woman from the service team indicating that my service visit revealed several items that required a follow up service call. I immediately stopped her indicating that I had reviewed the inspection report which indicated that everything was perfect on my vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not get her name or the items that needed attention because I was shocked at the call. She then wanted to schedule my next maintenance visit to which I reminded her that the vehicle systems notify me when service is needed. The vehicle systems also seed me emails and alerts if there is any vehicle issue. I severely question the true motive behind the service adviser"s actions and the Saturday call. More

Biggest complaint is that buying a vehicle takes time and the facility had no vending machines for snacks or drinks. So we were there for 6 hours (two test drives, decision making, trade-in evaluation, deal making, paperwork, delivery overview, “stuff transfer”) with nothing to eat or drink besides tap water or coffee (which my wife doesn’t drink). More
