He makes an effort to make me feel that he is also looking out for my best interests. This is the third Caravan I have purchased at Klaben with Justin Bolen the salesperson. He spent time discussing the van cost. I never felt pressured to purchase the van. Once I decided to purchase the van, he got everything ready and then spent a plenty of time explaining all the technical workings of this new vehicle. He made sure I understood all the new "bells and whistles" and made it clear that if I had any questions in the future not to hesitate to call him. He went above and beyond what I expected.
