They listened to my description of the problems - cruise control intermittently not working, and charging port not working - and diagnosed and fixed the problems. Another area dealer could not fix an "intermittent problem" because it didn't happen while they were looking at it. I asked if Klaben had a keyring with their name & phone number on it, and they said they can't get them any more, but suggested I ask for that if I do get a survey. More
