I was greeted immediately and never once felt the usual high pressure sales pitch that I've become used to when buying a car. Don is more than patient, friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you are a true human being (not just another sale). He takes the time to be sure you understand the service being recommended and listens very well to your questions and concerns. He does not pressure your to have it performed at that time if you choose not to do it. He has been very helpful in discussing a problem, even when called from out of state. Klaben has been excellent at standing behind their repairs. They did a brake job and readily replaced the rotors when they failed 15,000 miles after the repair. More
