Another Great Service Experience! I had my 2015 Ram 1500 CrewCab Limited in for warranty work to adjust the factory alignment on one of the rear passenger doors and to correct a factor I had my 2015 Ram 1500 CrewCab Limited in for warranty work to adjust the factory alignment on one of the rear passenger doors and to correct a factory paint defect on the same door. A few other minor warranty issues were addressed as well during the same visit. Corey did a great job of listening to all my concerns and never once made me feel as I was being overly picky, which I admittedly tend to be. I was quite impressed with Corey's "can do" attitude when it came to fixing what I thought needed fixed and I genuinely feel he was acting in my best interest, which I think is a rarity these days. Also, had a positive similar interaction with Artie down at Klaben's Body Shop. Great job to Corey, Artie, and the rest of the Klaben team! More

I found a vehicle online that I liked and visited the Klaben used lot to take a look. Gary Damis, who oversees the lot, was beyond helpful, accommodating, understanding, and honest. I looked at other similar vehicles that day, but came back to Klaben because of the service they offered. Gary treated me like a person, not a deal, and even made my three-year old daughter who accompanied us on the search, feel comfortable (and won her heart). The whole Klaben team worked efficiently to meet m y financial needs, and get me my car quickly and in tip-top shape. It was a completely painless, and actually pleasant experience, and I could not be happier with Gary and Klaben Auto. It is definitely "our place" for cars now, and I will certainly recommend them anytime I get the chance! Thanks again to Gary, who is a top-notch, honest, friendly, and reliable guy, and to Klaben for being there when we needed them most! More

Great Experience on My First Lease I've purchased all of my vehicles from Klaben since the '70s. I've always had a good experience whenever I purchased one. This time, I was looking to I've purchased all of my vehicles from Klaben since the '70s. I've always had a good experience whenever I purchased one. This time, I was looking to lease a Jeep Compass. I had rented one a year ago and it met all my needs. Unfortunately, there were no Compasses in stock. John Coco, with the help of Steve Romesberg, introduced me to the Jeep Patriot. The Patriot fit my needs as well as the Compass had. They seem very similar in operation and interior comfort. I prefer the body style of the Patriot over the Compass as well (looks more like a traditional Jeep). John was very patient with me explaining how leasing worked. I was a little apprehensive, but once he explained it to me in simple terms, I was comfortable with the deal. I traded in my old pickup and Klaben gave me a fair price for my trade. In all, I was very pleased with the lease purchase and would recommend Klaben and John Coco if you are interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. More

Those 30 minutes turned into 50 minutes, and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to bring me the paperwork; it wasn't even my service adviser. More

Satisfied customer- great experience I'm writing to commend one of the service advisors-Corey Graham for his outstanding job of diagnosing and fixing (without any hassle) the problem on m I'm writing to commend one of the service advisors-Corey Graham for his outstanding job of diagnosing and fixing (without any hassle) the problem on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. There was a rubbing noise from the right front whee at low speeds, it seemed it might need brakes but the mechanic said they were fine which led us to Klaben Jeep and Corey. I thought he might say we were hearing things since the vehicle is still under warranty but he was very courteous and professional and promised to drive and see what was up. I have to say that he was one of the first advisors that I was totally confident in.He called me a few hours later and said a bad "carrier bearing" was to blame,he replaced it under warranty with no hassle and I was good to go. Corey's attitude and professionalism will keep me as a Klaben customer from now on. Thanks and keep up the good work. More
