When I sit in the show room and observe the way everyone that comes in is treated by any staff member, I know it's not just me that is treated that way it is all employees that have the same attitude about how a customer or potential customer should be greeted and treated. The attention and respect that is paid to the customer is second to none that I know of, and I have owned a business for over 30 years and had interaction with thousands of people. My relationship with Mr. Klaben, Justin Bolen and Joe Hilliard is greatly valued, and I hope to continue until I can't anymore. I truly have had the best experiences with Joe and Klaben as a whole. I hate to put race and gender into this.
