We waited 20 days to get our van in for service of a transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Work that wasn't requested was looked at (brake transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Work that wasn't requested was looked at (brakes and rotors), costing us @ $500. This was TOO long for a transmission repair. No sense of urgency to even look at it. More

Joe is very customer oriented and does his best to make your experience as seamless as possible. Joe does a great job keeping you up to date with where your vehicle is in the process of being repaired. If your experience as seamless as possible.
