She is very helpful and communicates very well to keep us up to date on the status of the repairs. Thank you Kim! All the mechanics work hard to figure out the issue until it is resolved. Quality care during an unexpected issue. My wife had an issue with her car on her morning commute into Cleveland. She called me and I called Mike Brandvold at Klaben, getting his voicemail b My wife had an issue with her car on her morning commute into Cleveland. She called me and I called Mike Brandvold at Klaben, getting his voicemail but asking that he call my wife to hear directly what the car was doing (or not doing). Within a few minutes he called and after hearing the symptoms, he said that Ford would be towing the car back to Klaben for service. This was on a Friday morning. So that her day wasn't a total waste, they set the tow up for that afternoon and the tow driver delivered my wife and the car to Klaben a bit after 5pm. Mike and the staff had already set up a loaner for my wife and he made this unexpected situation as pain-free as possible, I was shocked when I received a call Saturday afternoon that the car repair was completed - diagnosed, confirmed, repaired and tested. My wife's car is back to running perfectly, and she and I are completely happy. Kudos to the Klaben service team for getting us back on the road so quickly! More

purchase of a ford fusion We needed to replace our aging Honda Accord and had been looking at VWs, Kias and Hondas. On a whim we stopped at Klaben as my wife had recently rent We needed to replace our aging Honda Accord and had been looking at VWs, Kias and Hondas. On a whim we stopped at Klaben as my wife had recently rented a ford Taurus while on vacation and loved it. The salespeople at the other dealerships, tried their best to size me up credit wise, steered me to models they needed to move, not what i asked for and pushed to close a deal. I guess in a volume dependant business you have to move inventory ! At Klaben, we were looking around the lot when we were approached by a salesperson who asked if we needed any help. we told him we'd like to look for awhile and he said, "please take as long as you like, i'll be back in 15 min. to see if you have any questions" when he came back we had plenty of questions and he gave us his full attention and between looking at cars told us about Klaben's history, ownership and selling philosophy. I could tell he enjoyed meeting new people, helping people find what they wanted, enjoyed his job and was proud to work for a company he shared values with ! we found a Fusion my daughter and wife really liked, we researched the price of the particular model over the internet and found that the pricing was fair, took it for a test drive, shook hands, made a friend and in a period of two hours bought a car that up until then we had not even considered. It's now been two months and unlike every other car purchase I've made I've had no regrets about this very positive experience More

Courteous and Helpful Service The drivers side exterior lock cover fell off my 2017 Ford Fusion while driving. When I called Klaben service, Sean Bradford asked me to bring the ca The drivers side exterior lock cover fell off my 2017 Ford Fusion while driving. When I called Klaben service, Sean Bradford asked me to bring the car in so they could ensure that there was no defect or damage to the latches that lock this cover into place. He then ordered a new door lock cover and kept me updated on delivery and painting to match my vehicle color. When the part was ready, Sean offered to mail the cover to me so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to the dealership. Since I volunteered to come in, he had one of his teammates run my car through their car wash as a courtesy. The staff at Klaben understand quality customer service and deliver! More
