Great time once again Had to turn in my 2014 Escape. Went in with the intentions to get an Explorer, but after finding out the payments would be out of our budget, we opte Had to turn in my 2014 Escape. Tom Nicodemus helped us as well, since Doug had to go across the street a couple of times for some business there. Doug has been our salesman ever since we bought the 2008 Taurus back in Nov. 2007. Gene did a good job Came all the way from Hinckley to look at a Lincoln MKS ,but it wasn"t there .Instead we looked at a different MKS .Gene Kallmeyer came out to show u Came all the way from Hinckley to look at a Lincoln MKS ,but it wasn"t there .Instead we looked at a different MKS .Gene Kallmeyer came out to show us the white MKS with awd and the ecoboost engine.He took us for a test drive,I loved the way it drove and all the extras on it.I said Iwould like to drive it another day but I couldn"t make it back for a couple days.So Gene said he would take it to me .We met closer to my area that Monday and I drove it.I like it, if we could meet with the price I would buy it .The next day we drove to Kent and bought it.Gene made it a very good experience and I would buy another car from Klaben and Gene.It is just a bit far 1 hour drive.I did notice a small ding on the back drivers side back,I didn"t notice before.If someone calls or writes back about the ding I will really be impressed. More

Called Me Back In Mike and Tom were very professional and attentive to my needs. They rechecked my brakes and assured me all was good.
