When looking at the first Escape I remember telling him that high pressure tactics would cause me to walk out the door. He assured me that he would listen to what I wanted and would give me options which he did. I was won over by not only by the product but his professionalism and knowledge of the car as well as the process. It was a totally different experience than what I encountered at Toyota. Needless to say, I was back last week for my third Escape! My needs and wants changed from the previous years. Roscoe matched me with the perfect car, and lease payment.
