I came in looking to upgrade from my ford focus as my wife and I had our first child. I was not exactly sure what I wanted to upgrade to, but I did know that I couldn't break the bank to get it. Tom did a great job listening to what I wanted from my new car and talking me through all my potential possibilities, and there were many. He was very patient as I had to keep checking in with my wife to get her input as well. After a ton of questions and discussion Tom was able to get me into the exact car I wanted for the price I was more than comfortable with. It is also definitely worth mentioning that I never felt any pressure from Tom to buy any of the cars I looked at. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart and was more concerned with me feeling confident that I was making the right choice than just making a sale. I was a great buying experience and I would recommend this dealership and Tom to anyone looking for a new car. More

The ONLY place to buy a car!!! We came in on a Sat afternoon to look for a new car. Don Batten spent the entire afternoon with us. By 5 pm we had it narrowed down to two cars when Don said to me, "which one do you like? which one will make you most happy?" We chose the Lincoln MKC and couldn't be happier. I call Don the "sand man" because I still think I'm dreaming... and now I'm living the dream! Thank you Don Batten (btw, the best salesman ever) and thank you Andy! Jennifer stayed late to wrap up the paper work, she was super fast, efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. You guys and gals are the BEST!
