Well worth the drive from Strongsville! I had recently contacted several dealers (closer to my area) in regards to my interest in a new Ford Explorer. Ultimately it was salesman Tyler Kline’s consistently timely responses to my various calls and voicemails which motivated us to come out to Klaben Ford. Glad we did! Tyler was attentive, courteous, and the utmost professional throughout the experience. We hope that he is still around when we buy our next car from Klaben Ford. Sales manager Andy Bellian was also extremely mannerly and patient with my wife and I (as well as our 2 year old daughter :) Rich Klaben even took the time to make it a point to introduce himself to us and make us feel welcome (on a busy Saturday afternoon).
