He cared that I got a car I could afford and was comfortable in. I have a 2 year lease. But I know that when the time is up I will go back and deal with Doug and Klaben Ford again :) More

Superior Service, Exceptional Quality, Unrivaled Commitment We can honestly say working with Klaben Auto Group, in making one of the biggest purchases anyone can make, was an exceptional experience. “Thank y We can honestly say working with Klaben Auto Group, in making one of the biggest purchases anyone can make, was an exceptional experience. “Thank you” does not seem to be enough, but want to make sure Mr. Rich Klaben, Doug Carter our Salesperson, Jen Bowen our Financial Services Rep and Duane the Service Manager all know how grateful we are to them for their exceptional service beyond regular business hours to ensure we were happy with our purchases! My husband and I leased two vehicles, a Ford Escape and another vehicle from a different dealer. Before the lease was up we shopped around trying to determine what our next move would be. Luckily we had many options, but because of our experience with Klaben, over the 3 year lease, we returned home. I say home because they truly feel like family. We call when we have questions, we take our babies (aka cars) in for check-ups and we were never treated like just another number over our 3 year lease. All of our calls were returned, all of our questions were answered and many times Doug simply reached out to say “Hi. Let me know if you need anything.” That being said, when we returned home to Klaben, we drove off the lot with 2 cars instead of one. We were at the dealership until almost midnight, and drove home that night in a Ford F150 and a Lincoln MKC. (One of us couldn’t decide) It wasn’t me….
