I had a 2003 Lincoln Town Car that I just loved and could not see trading it in for a new car. I looked up the sales staff on the Klaben Web-Site and liked the reviews I saw for Mike Cooney. Contacted Mike by email, made an appointment to come and see him and the dealership. I was just blow away with the professional and friendly experience. Mike introduced me to Mr. Klaben and you can see why the dealership is totally customer oriented. Mike showed me a 2016 Lincoln MKC and we went for a test drive. I was impressed. My wife is disabled and did not make the one hour trip to Klaben lincoln. Mike offered and did bring the car to our home the next day. This was great for my wife who found it much easier for her to get in and out with her conditions. We talked price for the new car and trade for my Town Car. The deal was fantastic. Bought the car and pick it up the next day just in time for Christmas. This was a total great experience and not at all like the experience I had from other dealerships over the years.
