Effortless buying experience I don't normally like the car buying experience. That's why I'm happy to describe my recent purchase at Klaben. My search started online. My Fusion lease was coming to an end, and I was interested in staying with Ford. I contacted Klaben through Ford.com, and Tom Nicodemus responded quickly. I had a million questions about electric and plug-in vehicles. Tom was extremely prompt and patient. He never pressured me, but stayed in contact. After a few weeks of trading e-mails, I settled on the 2016 Ford Fusion Energi. I arranged to visit Klaben to do a test drive. It was great to meet Tom in person. He was just as easy-going in person as over email. Tom made me aware of a Ford program that would help me get out of my lease early and easily. He also ensured that I received all of the incentives to which I was entitled. Tom really went to bat for me, and I got a great quote. The purchase went smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely return to Klaben and Tom next time I'm in the market. More
