Great, confortable experience and environment. I was very hesitant on trading in my old Chevy blazer because it was my very first car and I had it since I was 16. Easy Communication! We went in to look at an Explorer but ended up buying a Navigator. I'm glad that the salesman, Gene Grabiec, suggested that we test drove it. We test drove the vehicle, took our time to think about it, and came back in a few days later to purchase it. Gene had everything all ready to go so that we were in and out in an hour - and that included a complete hands-on tutorial of the SYNC and navigation system. JT programmed our codes, phones, radio stations... it was so nice to not feel like I had to read the manual. Thanks! More
