Pleasure to deal with I've never really gone to a dealership where I didn't know someone. My son wanted a specific car so on to Google search it was and Klaben came up. We talked and he followed up with emails on each of the three cars we were interested in, spelled everything out and what we could expect. We went, met him, test drove the car then Chris answered all of our questions. It was nice to deal with someone who just wanted the "car sale". I would definitely recommend Klaben and Chris if you're looking a for a car, new or used. He made the hassle of buying a car so much easier and less stressful. Thanks again Chris!!! This visit was regarding an annoying rattling noise coming from the door of my 4 day old vehicle. I booked an appointment online and I was able to have my vehicle in the shop 3 days later. They gave me a lift to work, found & removed the noise source, washed my SUV, and picked me up from work when I WAS READY to get my vehicle. I couldn't ask for anything more. More
