Pleasure to deal with I've never really gone to a dealership where I didn't know someone. My son wanted a specific car so on to Google search it was and Klaben came up. I I've never really gone to a dealership where I didn't know someone. My son wanted a specific car so on to Google search it was and Klaben came up. I sent an email and Chris Volk called me. We talked and he followed up with emails on each of the three cars we were interested in, spelled everything out and what we could expect. We went, met him, test drove the car then Chris answered all of our questions. It was nice to deal with someone who just wanted the "car sale". I would definitely recommend Klaben and Chris if you're looking a for a car, new or used. He made the hassle of buying a car so much easier and less stressful. Thanks again Chris!!!
