I called Mike Urbania on a Monday evening, told him what I was looking for and my preferred payment range and he went to work on the numbers. Tuesday evening I took a test drive and by Thursday evening I was sitting in a brand new Ford Escape complete with the hitch receiver I had asked to be added into the purchase price. Mike is a superb salesman. He works hard for his customers and he’s great at what he does! And once again, I was treated like family...and greeted with a “Hello, my friend” each time I came to the dealership during that week. 20+ years of buying vehicles from Mike and my son will soon follow in my footsteps! Service call My car has a problem that occurs only sporadically by making a constant beeping sound. The service department was able to correct it before, but w My car has a problem that occurs only sporadically by making a constant beeping sound. The service department was able to correct it before, but when it happened last week, I called and they were not able to take it in for several days because of being very booked. When they told me they would be able to take it on Wednesday, I had it towed by AAA because I didn't want to try to drive it with the constant beeping. Naturally, when the car arrived at Klaben, no matter how much they tested it, the car wouldn't do it again for them. They really tried their best for me, but I now just wait for the next occurrence. Not a good feeling!! I think I need another solution, but they really try hard to solve the problem for me. More
