We knew what we wanted when we looked online, so when we went to get the car, Mike went above and beyond to make sure we were going to love the car. He showed us how to use all the bells and whistles of the car, twice. And sat with our kids while we were signing the financing paperwork! He even went out to the car with us after we were all done to help us load the car seats and figure out the best seating arrangements for our kids.
