After spending weeks looking all over a three state area on websites, I narrowed my search to three dealerships. One had me drive over an hour only to find out the truck I had picked was sold before it was put on the web site. The other insulted me with their offer on my trade in. Finally, I met Jim Valesky, a sales rep for Klaben Ford of Warren. Jim went above and beyond to get me a great deal, good financing, and he put me in an F-150 that had all the extras I wanted and spent the time with me to make sure I knew how to use them.
