this would have been a 5 star rating, but I got stuck dealing with Ben Williams in the service dept. and that is where all of the problems were. I took my F150 in for it's first oil change back in June. dealing with Ben Williams in the service dept. and that is where all of the problems were. I took my F150 in for it's first oil change back in June. I told Ben that the Passenger back seat cover was not the same color as the rest of the seats, and that he needed to look at it in the natural light to really see it. I went back the next day to pick up my vehicle and asked Ben about the seat, he giggled and said that it was the same color. I asked him if he looked at it outside, he said no, just in the garage. I had him come with me and look at it outside and he immediately started taking pictures of the seat and told me that he would submit the pictures to get the seat cover replaced and he would call me to let me know what he finds out about a replacement, never to hear from him. fast forward to October 3rd, I talked to my salesman, John Repula, and he told me that he would look into it. I get a call from John the next day and he told me that the parts were there to fix my truck and it must have been a miscommunication and he set up an appointment for me. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday night for service on Thursday. I get a call from Ben on Thursday around 3:30 to tell me that he ordered the wrong seat cover for my truck, they ordered the front seat instead of the rear. Ben said he would call when the cover comes in. 4 weeks later, I get a call from Ben on a Thursday afternoon, telling me they have the correct cover and asked my schedule so he can set up an appointment. I told him that I could bring it in any day he wanted it. He calls back on Monday afternoon asking if I could drop it off for Thursday, I said that I would drop it off Wednesday night. I also had a problem with the start stop not working at this time. Ben said that it would be finished Thursday evening. I got home from work on Thursday to no call, so around 4:30 I called Ben. He informed me that the seat cover was done, but it was in the repair shop for about an hour for the start stop. Ben said that he "Had a few Emails to send out and he would check on my truck when he was done and call me back". he asked if they needed it, could they keep it until Friday, I replied that that wasn't an option, because we were leaving for vacation on Friday. Ben never called back! My wife called Friday morning, asked Ben why he never called back, he replied, "Sorry, I got really Busy"! My wife demanded that he have my truck delivered to my house before 12 noon, it was there around 11:45. I get in my truck with Rap music playing on my radio, really topped off the anger!!!from buying my truck, the salesman, finance people and everyone else were great to work with, I would highly recommend Klaben Ford, this is my second vehicle that we have purchased from Klaben, and will definitely purchase from them again, but will never deal with Ben ever again. I really don't know how he keeps his job there; his costumer service skills are the worst that I have ever dealt with! More
