Oil change I came in for an oil change and was told I’d be in and out in a pretty short amount of time. I was asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash follow I came in for an oil change and was told I’d be in and out in a pretty short amount of time. I was asked if I wanted the complimentary car wash following the oil change and I checked off the “No” box and John asked if I was sure because it was free. I said no, I prefer to wash the vehicle myself. So about an hour passed and I was starting to wonder if they were ever going to come get me. Finally, John called my name through the doorway and in his hands was my air filter...complete with a nest from some kind of critter. So an oil change turned into an air filter replacement as well. I was in the waiting room close to 2 hours (not a big deal, my day was completely open) and when they were done, I paid my bill and went out to the car and they had washed it anyway. I think they felt bad for how long it took when it was only supposed to be an oil change. Thanks Klaben service. More
