Well Tom, the service manager, just responded back to my concerns I wrote in my survey. He addressed all my concerns very thoroughly and professionally, and left me with a promise that; if the electrical system goes down again he will Personally get involved to make sure everything is done to satisfactory.That promise gave me great peace. 🌹
