They fixed it Long story short, truck went in for one problem but the fix inadvertently messed up something else. Took it back, they thought it was fixed but it wasn't. A loaner was driven to my house and my truck was taken in to get fixed. They figured out the issue and it was going to take a couple days to get it all done, but I needed the truck to pull my camper. I thought they were going put it back together and then I'd have to return it for them to finish it. To my surprise it was all done in time for my camping trip. Tom took a bad situation and worked with me to fix it. Great customer service. More

All staff were dedicated to solving my ('our) problem. Dealing with a "factory" A/C problem with my 2019 lease Escape. Car was back in four times - with at least two parts replaced.
