I felt your confidence in us was shattered based on your thoughts and feelings shared in your review. This is as far from our culture as it gets and the respect I have for your honest feedback is what allowed me to truly empathize with both of you, taking the direction of action I did based on that. It seems like a long journey we have taken and many text and phone conversations later allowed us to find a good resolve and set plans for future repairs needing done.
