Lots that needed fixed on my car that is 8 years old. Worked with Sean Bradford on costs and he gave me abetter price than originally told to fix the necessary safety problems. Still needed A/C compressor fixed and decided to wait on that since summer almost over. Sean has written up a quote for me to come back to later next summer. My husband who is fairly handy and has fixed cars before decided to Google the problem. Found that compressors rarely go bad. Suggestion on YouTube to look at the fuse. So my husband did that and found it is the fix. A/C compressor working. Bought the recharge kit at autozone for 40, replaced the fuse (no leak in the line as originally told) and saved 1,000. Husband says they 100% tries to take advantage of my being a woman. Ugh. Want to like bringing my car there bc it's close and easy but I just don't trust them. More

Mike Brandvold does it again. My daughters escape needed it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn took a drive with me and said yep something wrong with rear brakes. Sure enough one of the calipers was locked up. Mike made it right new rotors and pads freed up the caliper at no cost. WhatA team up there or should I say family that’s how you get treated just like family. Oh and he had it done in half a day that’s A great plus. More

I had to take in my 2012 Fusion for airbag recall and they discovered I needed additional work done. And since the repairs added up to $1600 - I am really grateful for the credit card. they discovered I needed additional work done. The staff was attentive and professional. Mario immediately addressed the possible problems and took notes about everything I needed checked and hopefully fixed. I was also getting a rental from Kl immediately addressed the possible problems and took notes about everything I needed checked and hopefully fixed. I was also getting a rental from Klaben but didn't have a current insurance card. Before I could get a picture of a card from my wife, Shelby already contacted my insurance and had all the paperwork in order. My loaner car was comparable to mine and was pleasantly pre-cooled for my convenience. The car was fixed to my great satisfaction. My mechanic couldn't identify a recurring, squeaky sound but Klaben team located the problem and fixed the driver side control arm. Such a relief. It was a great experience and the Klaben team definitely earned a future visit from me. More

Klaben was very helpful when my car needed a new power steering rack. I had my car towed over and they got it in the shop as soon as possible. The repair took longer than expected so they graciously cover steering rack. I had my car towed over and they got it in the shop as soon as possible. Truck dripped oil spots onto garage floor when Rod brought it home. Once oil is changed, that area should be wiped off to prevent oil spots dripping onto garage floor or drive way.
