I'm grateful for the excellent customer service by Sean. I made an appointment three weeks in advance for an airbag recall. The recall would require my car to be at Klaben for the majority of the day. Bran I made an appointment three weeks in advance for an airbag recall. The recall would require my car to be at Klaben for the majority of the day. Brandon Pritchett scheduled the appointment along with a car rental over the phone. On the day of the appointment I checked in for my appointment. I’m told by Brandon that he does not have me on the schedule for the recall or my oil change. I said you were the one who I spoke with three weeks ago, so I’m not sure why you are not showing my appointment. Sean Bradford just happens to stop by to say good morning. I explained to him according to Brandon I do not have an appointment that was booked three weeks ago. This also means that my car rental is non-existent. I’m concerned by Brandon’s error, the rest of my day would be thrown off. Sean stated with confidence: I’ll take care of it, I was not sure he could. I made the statement to Sean in front of Brandon, I no longer wanted Brandon to take care of me regarding the work on my car. This was not the first time I had experienced Brandon neglecting to provide the best customer service. Sean said he understood. I’m then driven to pick up the car rental. They did not have an appointment for me, because it was never booked. I called Sean back and explained the situation. He got me back to the dealership immediately. He was able to loan me a car from the dealership. Before I left, Sean introduced me to Tyler, another member from the service team. He assured me I was in capable hands, and to my surprise I was. Tyler gave me regular updates on the repairs on my car. This experience started off chaotic and stressful, but Sean was able to get in front of it, remained in front of it until I had my car back. Without his leadership regarding this matter, it would have continued to spiral out of control. I’m truly grateful for his excellent customer service. I wanted to make sure I took the time to share how Sean Bradford from Klaben Ford values his customers. More

didn't fix nothing Took Explorer XLT for routine oil change and tire rotation and 2 other service related issues. One clunk generates exactly at 6 mph from start up and Took Explorer XLT for routine oil change and tire rotation and 2 other service related issues. One clunk generates exactly at 6 mph from start up and the other issue is a shutter/vibration between 16 and 24 mph under load. After keeping the truck for 1 week neither of the issues were fixed or at least a viable explanation of the problem. More

Unable to manage schedule Even though appointments must be scheduled months in advance, getting an oil change caused me to wait about 4 hours. I was told they didn't properly create the queue for the service orders. This seems like something they should do every day so it's not clear how they could mess this one up. They did not charge me for the extended wait but I'm not sure it's worth going back if they can't do their daily workflow properly. More

Ridiculous Estimate Took my mother’s 2008 Lexus for a quick check up for her trip back to Florida. There were no issues , just wanted it looked at for the trip. The vehicle has 195k on it but has been a great car, no leaks, drives quiet and straight. Get a call from Brian that the rack and pinion was bad (said he heard it whining when she came in). Needed new power steering pump, and pan. Estimate at 3k. Needless to say I was floored, as the power steering makes no noise and the car had no leaks. We picked it up for a 2nd opinion and low and behold, the car was fine and totally road worthy. I also didn’t appreciate trying to be scared into a costly repair by saying it would be a shame if the power steering went out on the way down to Florida. Of course the car made it there just fine and intact. Used no oil or steering fluid. We have been taking our vehicles to Quick Lane for services and this was the last time. More
