Going the extra mile (no pun intended) to ensure value The only thing unusual about this service call was that they had the car for almost a week. The service was excellent as usual and they even got a few of the nit-picky things I wanted to get done before my warranty ran out. I had Safe Auto as my insurance carrier. Because of that, I had to get my loaner through Enterprise (covered by Klaben). When I got the bill for the added coverage that I took out on the rental, it seemed a little high.. Kim had the woman in charge of rentals and loaners (her name eludes me which is extremely unfortunate) call enterprise because it seemed to high to them both. It turned out Enterprise had overcharged me. Without Kim and the other woman's help, I would have been out $171. Their knowledge and observation and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I didn't get ripped off is, to say the absolute least, greatly appreciated. More

Service was good but the car wash wasn't Update 9/6/2019 Sean contacted me and was kind enough to pick my ST Explorer up and have it washed again. The car wash was not and left my ST Explorer worse than when I came in. It was terribly spotted and looked like it was washed with dirty water. I had to take it to be washed after I left there. More
