Their service dept. seemed slow and unorganized. I called them 3 times, left a VM, which they were supposed to respond to in 15 minutes and they never did. Finally spoke to someone on the phone on t I called them 3 times, left a VM, which they were supposed to respond to in 15 minutes and they never did. Finally spoke to someone on the phone on the 3rd call. Then they told me to bring up the car, which I did. Once I got there I waited forever and then the guy who did help me asked me who I talked to on the phone and was snarky with me. He did change the battery in my key fob, which was nice since I just bought the car 5 days before. More

Took care of a mistake Quick Lane’s management took care of a situation with a bit of ambiguity on fault where I found my wheel was scuffed after a service. My vehicle is ne Quick Lane’s management took care of a situation with a bit of ambiguity on fault where I found my wheel was scuffed after a service. My vehicle is new so I was sure it wasn’t something I had done. They made the situation right the same day I raised the issue! I recommend my friends and family to them and will continue to do so. Great customer service I bought my certified used fusion here and always have regular oil changes done here and anything else that Kalban recommends for maintenance like tir I bought my certified used fusion here and always have regular oil changes done here and anything else that Kalban recommends for maintenance like tires and such. They treat the customers top rate and the works always done right. Mike treats you right and tells it like it is that is what's best for your car. No sales push either.
