Great Customer Service by Joe and Brandon Joe greeted me and started the process while Brandon was on the phone, then Brandon did the rest. Both were very professional and customer focused. The reason for the overall "good" vs. "excellent" rating is because it takes so long for the services to be performed. It usually takes 1 to 2 hours for my car to be serviced after check-in. At a dealership at which I had a previously owned Lincoln serviced the LOF was guaranteed for no longer that 30 minutes or free. Does the tire rotation and look at the brakes take an additional 1 plus hour? I didn't get a car wash because I had other commitments and couldn't stay another 30 to 60 minutes for the wash. I was offered a ride home and pick-up, however that would have not allowed me to do my other errands and would have taken about the same amount of time back and forth as it did to just sit there. I was not offered a car to use while mine was being serviced. More

When we had problems with our vehicle, Klaben came and picked up our vehicle, fixed the problem and Klaben has gone above and beyond our expectations! Followup from the Customer Service Manager My concerns and frustration i sent on my original email was reviewed and corrected by the Ford Customer Service manager on 5MAR2019. I received a call My concerns and frustration i sent on my original email was reviewed and corrected by the Ford Customer Service manager on 5MAR2019. I received a call within a few hours of the original email and I was able to return his call today. Tom was apologetic and understood the flaws that took place and would investigate the situation further. I do not blame any one individual. The process of what should of been a simple correction unfortunately drifted away from following through to the end and ensuring the recall was correctly implemented the first time.
