Great Service Had an iss wth rear window wiper and talked with Mario about what was needed t fix. He set me up with an appointment. Called to say I would be late so he moved the appointment to a different time same day. Mario said car would be ready by noon. Then @9:40AM he called to say car was ready and did I want car washed. Excellent Service! As usual my experience with Klaben service was excellent. I went in for an oil change, but upon further investigation needed a tie-rod, which was luc As usual my experience with Klaben service was excellent. I went in for an oil change, but upon further investigation needed a tie-rod, which was luckily covered by my Klaben extended service plan. I waited for the car and Klaben fulfilled their time promise and got me back on the road safe and sound in less than (2) hours. Also, their waiting room is well equipped with a few light snacks, beverages, TV and free wi-fi. I have been buying from Klaben and having my cars serviced by Klaben for the past (7) years.
