Great service. I went in for an early morning oil change and found out I needed a service for 60,000 miles. So they were able to get me in the same day. I recently purchased a used car from him and had to bring it in for its first maintenance appointment. After Rick explained what Loyalty Link was I was sold on the product. I am currently living in Michigan but always make the journey back to Ohio to get service for my vehicles. This trip was worth it. Since I have the Loyalty Link, my service was completely free this time! I don’t know how other dealerships keep customers when there is a Rick at this dealership!
