Terrible Experience with Ford Service I have now had my 2012 Ford Focus Se in service for the 3rd or 4th time due to issues with my transmission as well as other issues my car has had. I’v I have now had my 2012 Ford Focus Se in service for the 3rd or 4th time due to issues with my transmission as well as other issues my car has had. I’ve had good service with the Ford service team until this last visit on the 13th of December. My car started to have some shuttering every now and then when taking off as if it almost wanted to stall, the same issue it has had every other time. On the way to work my check engine light then came on for code p0420 which deals with catalytic efficiency. At this point I’m over this vehicle and all the issues it continues to have but shouldn’t. It has been nothing but issues since I got the car from Klaben Ford. But I tried to stick it out and have the parts warrantied out which seemed to help for a little while, but after the way I was spoken to and treated this last visit, I really want nothing to do with the vehicle any more. The salesmen at Klaben are fantastic but I myself will no longer deal with their service department. More
Done with Klaben After today, I am no longer a Klaben customer. Klaben sales has lost a customer due to service department. I've purchased 4 vehicles from Klaben, and have had numerous issues with service. The most recent is the final straw. Wife's vehicle had a slow air leak in the tire. Brought it in for The Works, was told no leak but low pressure and all 4 were filled. Get home and can hear the air leaking from the tire in the garage. Drive back up at closing time to have it fixed a second time. Sure enough they find a screw. During the half attempt at apologizing it was implied the screw could have very well gotten there on the drive home. I'm not much for odds but I'd say highly unlikely considering it was the same tire I told you we filled up twice in the past week. Wrote it up on a separate work order after I asked it be noted that this wasn't a different tire but in fact the same tire they just were supposed to look at. Which they didn't do I've had numerous other issues with scheduling, or multi-point inspections (or should I say the checkbox test) because that's all it is. Twice I've had multi-inspection showing washer fluid filled, and it hasn't been - what else do they do this on? Multiple times I've had to bring vehicle back because something was either done incorrectly or not even done but said it was. Never admit they screw up just take the car and do the work they were supposed to do the first time. Klaben has lost a customer not only for service, but now I refuse to purchase any more vehicles as well because I'm done dealing with garbage service department. More
