Issue not resolved. After the 5th request, I have decided to write a review. My MKZ was in the service center for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a 911 message t After the 5th request, I have decided to write a review. My MKZ was in the service center for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix a 911 message that appears upon startup. When my car was returned, I noticed large clumps of grease on the drivers' side door, center consul and radio. The next day, I was unable to start or jump my 1 year old car due to a dead battery. This was replaced after a visit from AAA. The 911 message could not be fixed at that time. I was told the part was available 9/18. It is 10/2 and I am still waiting for a call to resolve the issue. I have had good experiences with this service team in the past, and expect to have them in the future. More

Mike B is one of the best guys in the service department Everytime I have been to the service dept. at Klaben I always have good time, no matter how crowded or chotic it is everyone there is willing to help Everytime I have been to the service dept. at Klaben I always have good time, no matter how crowded or chotic it is everyone there is willing to help you and they all do it with a smile on there face, or someone is good a cracking a joke. Amazing customer service I came in for an oil change, but I have a leak somewhere. So the couldn't perform the service, yet. I'll be back next week, which is fine because the I came in for an oil change, but I have a leak somewhere. So the couldn't perform the service, yet. I'll be back next week, which is fine because the environment is welcoming. In fact, the customer lounge is so comfortable with its wifi, coffee, and snacks! The person I worked with kept me informed about everything, and they even washed my car for me even though I didn't get the oil changed!!! Everyone was so nice and said hello. I just can't believe the level of customer service. I don't think I have ever experienced such nice people. I really felt valued. Thank you! The kindness I experienced really speaks to the quality of Klaben and it's employees. More
