They are also smart in providing a newer model of your current car as a loaner. My husband loved my 2013 MKZ for me but hated a few of its features. On my last service experience, he had the opportunity to drive my loaner car, which was a new MKZ and loved it for himself! All the features he hated had been replaced. Now he is thinking of trading in his Taurus for his own MKZ. Looks like we will be returning customers for a long time. More

Tire problem. I was told the tires was brand-new when I bought the vehicle. Six months later I take it in because it started shaking and the one guy there tried to I was told the tires was brand-new when I bought the vehicle. Six months later I take it in because it started shaking and the one guy there tried to tell me I had to pay $500 for new tires I spoke to the manager and they replaced all four tires for free I have nothing bad to say about them they are good people and I recommend them to anyone I have been going to these people for years More

Solved my issues quickly and very thoughtfully loaned a car I was in for a recall and oil change/tire rotation. After the tire rotation, there was considerable road noise. When I brought the car in they heard the noise and immediately assessed the problem. I really appreciated not being upsold on new tires when I don't need them yet. Had an aleinment which solved the problem for now. Best of all, they loaned me a car to use since I had obligations, plus I live on the other side of town. I sure wish there was a Klaben in the Green area. Service is efficient and fairly priced. More

Easy Service I went in for my scheduled service for the second time on a new car. I'm very confident they take care of my car and the wait is very reasonable. Th I went in for my scheduled service for the second time on a new car. I'm very confident they take care of my car and the wait is very reasonable. Their waiting room is really comfortable. The first time I was able to use a table, connect to wi-fi, and get some of my work done. The second time I just relaxed and read a book. And at the end, the service technician reviewed everything that was done and gave me heads up on the next visit, that there would be additional services required, it would cost more than the typical oil change, and the wait would be longer. They make customer service and comfort a priority. I'm so glad I come here now for my service. More
