Although we have compared your vehicle's camera display to many other 2017 Escapes, and verified in your presence, that they all have the same showing of the license plate in the screen, we respect your dissatisfaction and want to insure we do everything possible to correct it if we can. Therefore we are contacting Ford engineering. We're asking Ford if they have had other customers report similar concerns and if so, are they looking into redesigning the camera or camera software. Again I'm very sorry that we created a problem by not sealing the air filter box. It's a shame such a simple thing like that created an issue with the way the car ran.
