Excellent service! The speedometer on our '07 Lincoln MKX was not registering correctly after having car trouble in Florida necessitating replacement of the car's comput The speedometer on our '07 Lincoln MKX was not registering correctly after having car trouble in Florida necessitating replacement of the car's computer. We were directed to a local garage, contacted Lincoln, and visited 2 other dealerships and were told there was nothing that could be done. We decided to go to Klaben in Kent and talked to Anthony in the service department. He said there could be a couple reasons and they would check it and hopefully find the problem. Within a short time they found the problem and corrected it. Wonderful! After the other dealerships didn't even want to check the car, we are very grateful that we talked to Anthony. He was very professional and explained everything to our satisfaction. A car dealership is only as good as it's employees and your dealership is excellent. We will be back when we are ready for any of our car needs. Larry and Carol Kayla More

Going the Extra Mile I was having a car serviced and went over to the sales department to get some information on new vehicles as my lease was going to be up soon. I was I was having a car serviced and went over to the sales department to get some information on new vehicles as my lease was going to be up soon. I was not even thinking about purchasing a new car that day. Matt Moyers meet me at the door and wanted to show me the cars I had picked up books for. I have health problems and was not sure if I would even be able to get out of the cars I was looking at. He took me around and showed me the cars. Then talked to me about my current lease and told me it would be a great time to change with the rebates and incentives I would be able to get a great deal he was right. During the purchase process a Klaben employee went over and brought my car over from the service department. Matt Moyers went the extra mile for me with the purchase of my new Ford Fusion. I have limited space in my garage when we discovered that the Fusion was 1/2 a foot longer than the current vehicle I was driving Matt had me drive the car to my home to make sure it would fit. Even helped me move things around till I had enough room. This is not my families first purchase from Klaben. This is the first purchase using Matt as my salesperson, but he made the process easy and his willingness to make sure everything was perfect, even it fitting into my garage made it easier for me the complete my purchase. My family will be using Matt for future purchases. More

When I think of Klaben Ford, she is the person I think o I have dealt with Kim Wolfram as my service contact since buying my Ranger over 7 years ago. When I think of Klaben Ford, she is the person I think of and the first person I call. I feel confident that she will be honest with me about anything else found beyond regular maintenance items. The waiting room is very comfortable and I am able to get work done while waiting for my vehicle. More

Quick service My MKC had previously been serviced for a bad part and my lights were not working properly. A service tech was called by Mona who listened to my prob My MKC had previously been serviced for a bad part and my lights were not working properly. A service tech was called by Mona who listened to my problem and solved it in just a few minutes, drove us around parking lot to be sure everything was fixed and I was on my way home in 10 minutes.
