Excellent cust. service !! Brought my Escape because of battery issues. No appointment. They took care of me very quickly. The paper work was completed and was told it would be seen to first thing next morning. I got a call by 6:00 ish the same day, and was told my car wa ready, what was done and the cost, which was a surprising $20 . I picked it up first thing the next morning . Very pleased with the whole experience !! My rep was Joe French. More
