Paul was able to get me the best possible deal and explained to me all the various rebates/incentives that I qualified for. He was very easy to talk to and was not your typical car Salesperson (pushy, aggressive, constantly asking what can be done to earn my business). Paul and Knauz Hyundai was able to deliver customer service in a very smooth and professional manner. I highly recommend Paul Kim and Knauz Hyundai! More

Our experience with Sam Greenberg Dear Knauz Dealership We are customers who recently purchased a $54,000 Mercedes 350 GLE 4MATIC automobile. Our experience with Sam Greenberg was perfect. He was extremely professional, very courteous, and most helpful in showing us how to drive the car, use the controls, and set up our phones to Bluetooth. He demonstrates integrity with his job, and did not back down from helping even when we faced difficulty at first in setting up the phone. He is a model employee. He gets 5 stars in my book. however, I would give Gary Bogart a 1 star rating in his customer relations with us. He was pushy, rude to all in my family, and visibly short to us. Had my mother not wanted this car, I would have considered purchasing it just somewhere else just because of his treatment of us. All in all, the experience averages out to a three star experience. More
