Terrible communication about when it was done. I was told every time I asked it would be finished that day and when it actually was finished, I didn't get a text or call about it. I had to twice to even get someone on the line to ask. Also, I asked them about a cruise control issue and they didn't fix it. New battery was replaced in my 2019 Ford Escape, May 4, 2026, but my Key fob retuned to me disabled. went back to Service to get it fixed and they said that I had to pay $400 to get it reprogrammed. Now I have to take the fob apart to unlock my car doors and the alarm goes off every time I have to get into my car.
