Koons Ford has been my dealer of choice for purchasing my last few Explorers and my service department of choice for more than 20 years. Quality is always good, prices are reasonable and the Service Manager last few Explorers and my service department of choice for more than 20 years. Quality is always good, prices are reasonable and the Service Manager I've worked with over that time is FIRST CLASS! The rating only allows a Very Good, but I would put Mike Treas at the EXCELLENT level for all categories. Mike is the person I see and talk to. If he didn't convey the situation is a clear, honest and timely manner, I wouldn't have the confidence I do in the rest of the process. More
