I had scheduled warranty work 3 months in advance. I even called 3 days prior to confirm that I was on the schedule and was reassured all was good. Made arrangements to drop my car off and get a ride (both ways) only to be told that my part was on nationwide back order. Was this not known on Friday with my appointment scheduled for Monday. Seems the Ford side should have known this well in advance and rescheduling my service should have been in order, especially since I called to confirm. A big inconvenience and my truck is still not fixed. I should be able to expect more. More

Dealership was eager to sell vehicle, but follow up was awful. Didn’t send my title with all the proper paperwork to transfer vehicle in my name and dealership could care less about handling the problem. T awful. The s ad leman, sales manager, general sales manager all had no call back or follow up to expedite the problem. I also asked for the General Manager but he doesn’t work fridays nor weekends. It seemed very interesting for a Ford/Lincoln Dealer to offer this type of service. Title clerk could care less about expediting the problem. Waiting for title documents to be sent so I can register this car in Florida. Very sad that not one person cared to help. Still waiting. More
My vehicle broke diwn and i had to have it towed to Koons. I didnt have an appointment, but contacted my Service Advisor on a Wednesday hoping they would find the problem and be able to make the repair Koons. They did repair my vehicle in a timely manner which was a day ealier than expected and less than original estimate. Great job. More
