Horrible! Felt pressured. While going over pricing, some fees were added in after negotiating trade in deal "Shady". Sales manger said we could rip up the con Felt pressured. We already had preapproval with a dealer lender but they kept running our credit through different banks after we asked them not too. Sales person was not professional after we walked out. Purchased my Volvo XC90 November of 2020, and just hit 30,000 miles. I am speaking and rating my most recent visit A total disappointment. Communication with service tech very poor. I asked to be contacted prior to servicing but when I heard from him it was after the fact disappointment. Communication with service tech very poor. I used the valet service which was very good.My car was picked up at 9;30 a m and was to be returned by 6:but I got it the next day because apparently service did not get the car to the valet people. When I called to speak with the service rep he was gone (mind you I had already paid for the service). This was a routine service. I had to cancel plans that I had made for the next day. I have yet to hear from “Larry” to offer explanation, apology or anything. Really , the worst!!! More

I am very pleased that the technician was able to discover the reason for the gasoline smell and able to make the repairs. It was a dangerous situation.
