After 5 weeks of annoyances and not having my truck because of issues that came up, to say I was frustrated was an understatement. Man, Let me tell you. Shane did his thing! I don't what other reviewers have said. Shane helped me and my family tremendously. I previously purchased a vehicle from what I Shane did his thing! After several failed attempts to have my vehicle serviced among other misfortunes since having the vehicle, I needed a new start. I reached out to Koons Chevy in White Marsh. And, was connected to Shane Floyd. That man is a trooper! He was friendly, cautious, and valued my time! The majority of the deal began online, which went smoothly. I wanted an Equinox but my credit wasn't so great! Shane helped me find the right vehicle for me! I purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox LT, with black rims. A fun and sexy vehicle! When it was time to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork, Shane came out on his day off to help me with the process! Shane, It's an honor to work with you and I will do business with Koons again, because of you and your commitment to excellence! More
