I found Koons Chevrolet online while looking for a 2021 Tahoe. I called them to make a 1pm appointment to come in and look at two vehicles, one was promised to another dealer and the other one was still av Tahoe. SHADDY, SHADDY MANAGEMENT!!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!!! If you're after a vehicle from Koons you best buy it within 10 min of your eyes on it! Even after they run your credit ((with approval)) at 9pm at night you're after a vehicle from Koons you best buy it within 10 min of your eyes on it! Even after they run your credit ((with approval)) at 9pm at night, give good faith at 10pm that will you be down to sign in the morning they still sell the one you're after FROM UNDER YOU!!! They even texted JUST after 9am when they opened to say someone was looking at it and they couldn't hold it! Apparently having credit approval after hours even speaking with them on the phone with your credit approval, texting the salesman with good faith you'll be there in the morning they still can't have the respect to say this vehicle is PENDING until noon! Multiple calls back and forth with manager and salesman over the vehicle - to get a response of "if the person test driving doesn't buy we'll let you know!" No offer to locate another one like it, no offer to take our deposit at 9:30am! And another manager just called to tell us the couple that bought the vehicle paid CASH and they prefer that instead of financing! Other words BEST HAVE YOUR CASH IN HAND NO FINANCING, BUY IT WITHIN 10 MIN OF SEEING IT!!! Otherwise you're just another common Joe that doesn't sh*t to them. ****SHADDY DEALERSHIP!!!! More
