I can't say enough at this point about the staff at Koons. Patient, attentive, kind. Rich DeMarco went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was super nervous after purchasing the vehicle, as it had been 10 years since I pirchased one of my own. The sales associate product Specialist was awesome. She listened to what I said and did everything she could to find the right truck for me. There were a few bumps along the way but her dedication to my satisfaction encouraged me to keep going towards the end goal of getting me in a truck that I love. I did look at several other dealerships in the area while I did find a few nice people and several very aggressive ones, the one I found at koons in Rebecca couldn't be matched. After the purchase when I ran into an issue the sales management team shined. They did all of the right things and made me happy. I don't believe I would have gotten that at the other dealerships I talked to. More
